Depending on where you live, in stock products typically arrive 3-7 days after leaving our facility. This time frame is our expectation based on most of our orders. Depending on product or your location, your order may be received before or after this time frame. We’ll email you if your package is going to ship differently than our estimate.
In one order — estimated shipping time for the entire order is determined by the single item that needs the most time. Custom signs take approximately 3-4 weeks and are a delivery cost of $15 per shipment. They ship separate from in stock merchandise. Furniture needs to get a time and cost quote for delivery. However, we offer complimentary delivery within the Hamptons on any regular priced furniture item.
When Bad Things Happen
We do our best to ensure your order gets to you as soon as possible, all in one piece and looking better than you ever imagined. But… accidents happen. If what you received was not what you ordered, or if an item arrived damaged, please contact us at email@example.com immediately. We have noted what we believe to be reasonable estimates of expected delivery times for all products, but shipping times are out of our control, and damages may occur during transit. Call or email us with the details immediately, and we will do our best to set things right.
