Standard Delivery

All in stock items at the Salty Home retail store ship within two days and will arrive within seven to ten business days. Any order that is more than one item, the shipment may not ship together. Items not in stock at the retail store may take longer.

Custom and Special Orders

Custom and special orders will need a price quote for shipping. Please contact customer service. Large and odd shaped items will need to be sent freight.

Furniture Purchases

For furniture purchases, please call Customer Service for purchase and specific delivery information.

Freight Shipments

Delivery service will be available locally and removed. There will be three territories. The first and closest will be free delivery. The second will be a minimal fee. The third territory will require a price quote. Please contact us for more information.

Most items being delivered freight will arrive Monday through Friday, between 9am and 5pm. The freight company will contact you to schedule a time for the delivery. All items need to be inspected within two days. If there is any damage, please contact Salty Home customer service immediately. If damages are found, please keep all packing materials. If you refuse delivery of damaged merchandise, Salty Home will not be able to aide in the reimbursement for the damaged goods.
