Returns: In Stock Items

Returns of merchandise will be accepted if the customer has a receipt stamped within the last three weeks with original packaging. Returns will be dealt with store credit or crediting the credit card account that was used to buy the merchandise.

Returns & Cancellations: Custom/Special Orders

Custom pieces and special orders are not returnable or refundable. If you are unsure whether your order is custom or special, please contact customer service. You have 24 hours to cancel a custom order.

Delivery

Delivery service will be available near and far. There will be three territories. The first and closest will be free delivery. The second will be a minimal fee. The third territory will require a price quote. Please contact customer service for more information.

Please call our customer service number at: 772.408.8151 Monday through Saturday between the hours of 10am - 9pm EST. If no one is available to assist you or if it is after hours, please leave a detailed message and we will return the call as soon as possible.

Gift Wrap

Gift wrap is available free of charge for all accessories shipped from the Salty Home retail store. A white embossed gift card will be included at no additional cost.

Measuring Furniture

It is pertinent to measure correctly when placing furniture orders. Please make sure all furniture pieces fit through doorways, elevators, and hallways. You also need to consider getting the items around other fixtures and obstacles in your location.

Payment

Visa, MasterCard, and Salty Home Gift Certificates are acceptable forms of payment. Personal checks will be accepted for the use of payment.

Custom and Special Orders

Any order that is not in stock at the Salty Home retail store will be considered a custom or special orders. Every custom and special order will have a different lead time for the item to arrive at your doorstep. Please contact customer service for more precise information regarding your order.
